Sailing in Croatia > We have known our partner in Croatia since 1997 when he was the manager for another charter company at the same marina we were based from at the time. Living aboard a yacht for the whole of your holiday is not everyone's cup of tea but this should not put you off a sailing holiday. Stay & Sail is the option for you. Popular 2-week combinations are to spend the first week of your holiday sailing and the second week ashore relaxing and exploring.
In the UK office will be found Allan Gauci, ably assisted by Claire Madden. Claire started working with Activity Holidays Greece about 15 years ago; due to family commitments she now works part-time but keeps the show on the road when Allan is in Greece.
In Greece the senior skipper is Alan O'Boyle (2011 will be his sixth season with us), who with his wife Pauline controls the programme whilst Allan G is in the UK. Alan O'B is backed up by Andy Cameron (third season) and Cliff Haigh (second season). The remaining skippers are new with us except maybe one or two peak season supplements.
Kelvin Morris and his team at IBA provide all the technical support and the 24 hour emergency breakdown service for our in-house fleet.
Turkey
Our partner in Turkey started up in 1986 and we have known and worked with them since 1996. A long relationship based on the shared ideal that you, the customer, come first.
